How to Enter. No online purchase necessary to enter the Contest, where you can win the prizes outlined above. To enter, complete the on-line entry form located at http://www.voxonline.com/alternative/contests/latinlegends_contest.htm. Contest will begin on or around 12:00 a.m. (PST) on October 19, 2006. All on-line entrants must provide a valid e-mail address. First and last name of all on-line entrants establishes the identity of the entrant and ultimately, who the winner is. Any intent by the entrant to misrepresent themselves through the use of aliases and e-mail addresses will be disqualified. Limit one entry per household and/or unique e-mail address. If multiple entries are received from any person or e-mail address, all such subsequent entries will be disqualified. Entries may also be made by mail on a handwritten letter or postcard. Mail-in entries MUST specify the contest being entered and contain all information as requested on the on-line entry form (including e-mail address, if available). Any entrant who has won a prize from VOXOnline.com within the last three (3) months will not be considered an eligible entrant. Prize Deadlines. All on-line entries for the Grand Prize drawing must be received by 11:59 p.m. (PDT) on November 30, 2006, or while supplies last. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by 11:59 p.m. on November 30, 2006. All entries, on-line or mail-in, must be received by December 3, 2006. Winner Selection and Notification. The winner will be awarded based on a random drawing from all eligible entries received, with the selection to be held on December 5, 2006. The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All drawings will be conducted under the supervision of VOXONLINE . The decisions of VOXONLINE are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in a disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes will be awarded. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Contest will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
